Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Sentari AI, Inc. ("Sentari AI," "we," or "us"), and our website at www.withsentari.com, along with our related websites, hosted applications, mobile application, and other services provided by us (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms of Service are a legally binding contract between you and Sentari AI regarding your use of the Service.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY:

BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT," OR BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND, AS A CONDITION TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING SENTARI AI'S PRIVACY POLICY (TOGETHER, THESE "TERMS"). IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE, OR DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMISSION TO USE THE SERVICE.

YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE TEXTS FROM OR ON BEHALF OF SENTARI AI AT THE PHONE NUMBER YOU PROVIDE TO US. THESE TEXTS MAY INCLUDE MARKETING MESSAGES AND OTHER OPERATIONAL MESSAGES. THEY MAY BE SENT USING AN AUTOMATED TELEPHONE DIALING SYSTEM, AND YOUR CONSENT IS NOT A CONDITION OF PURCHASE.

Arbitration Notice: Except for certain kinds of disputes described in Section 17, you agree that disputes will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, and YOU AND SENTARI AI WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTION.

1. Sentari AI Service Overview

Sentari AI provides software services through which users may create and interact with AI-powered characters and generate virtual content.

Sentari AI is not a substitute for professional advice or care. No interaction through the Service constitutes medical, legal, or mental health advice. If you need help, consult a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are in U.S. Dollars. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • 4.1 Price: Sentari AI may update pricing at any time with notice.
  • 4.2 Authorization: You authorize Sentari AI to charge your payment method.
  • 4.3 Subscription Service: Auto-renews unless canceled. Cancel via account settings or email founder@withsentari.com.
  • 4.4 Delinquent Accounts: May result in account suspension or deletion.

5. Licenses

  • 5.1 Limited License: You receive a non-transferable license to use the Service.
  • 5.2 Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the Service.
  • 5.3 Feedback: Sentari AI may use any feedback you provide.

6. Ownership

All content and code on the Service is the property of Sentari AI or its licensors.

7. Third-Party Terms

Sentari AI is not responsible for third-party services you access through the platform.

8. User Content

  • You own your Inputs and Outputs.
  • Sentari AI may use Inputs to improve the Service.
  • You grant a license for any Non-Input Content you upload.

9. Communications

  • Text Messages: You may opt out by replying "STOP" or emailing founder@withsentari.com.
  • Push Notifications: You may disable them in your device settings.
  • Email: You may unsubscribe via email links.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for illegal, abusive, or misleading purposes. You must not use Outputs for deception or AI training.

11. Intellectual Property Rights and DMCA

12. Changes to Terms

Sentari AI may revise these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Sentari AI may suspend accounts without notice.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Sentari AI against claims arising from your use of the Service.

15. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Sentari AI makes no guarantees about accuracy or reliability of Outputs or AI responses.

16. Limitation of Liability

Sentari AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is $100.

17. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration unless you opt out within 30 days by sending written notice to:

18. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms are governed by Delaware law.
  • Any legal action shall be in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.

If you use the iOS app, you acknowledge Apple is not responsible for support, warranty, or legal issues. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
