Is my data private?
Your data is safeguarded with top-tier security. We use TLS encryption while your data is in transit and AES-256 encryption while it’s stored on AWS. Only you have control over your data. We never read it, and strict access controls prevent anyone else from accessing it.
To deliver personalized features, your input is processed securely, always with privacy in mind. There’s no tracking, no selling, and no hidden data harvesting—privacy is built into everything we do.
Your entries are protected with bank-level encryption both in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Only the Sentari AI system decrypts them briefly for processing. No humans or external services can access them. We never sell or share your data. API providers only receive the minimum necessary to fulfill your request and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
Do you store or train on my voice data?
No. Sentari does not store your raw voice recordings after they are transcribed. Your voice is only processed briefly to generate text, then deleted. We never use your voice data to train AI models, and we never sell or share it. The text version of your entries is encrypted and stored securely under your control, but your voice itself is never retained.

By capturing your thoughts and feelings through speech, Sentari automatically transcribes your entries and organizes them by meaning, emotion, and theme, not just by date. The goal is not to talk back or give advice, but to create a private space where your own words reveal patterns, clarity, and deeper self-knowledge.
